Scheme description:

1,Main engine

The main engine adopts a bottom mounted oil cylinder type, with the stretching space located above the main engine, and the compression and bending test space located between the lower crossbeam of the main engine and the worktable.

2,Hydraulic system (piano oil source)

2.1 Hydraulic principle

As shown in Figure 2, it is a load adaptive oil inlet throttle speed control system.

The hydraulic oil in the tank is driven by the motor into the high pressure pump into the oil circuit, through the check valve, 10μ high pressure oil filter, differential pressure valve group, proportional valve, into the oil cylinder. The computer sends a control signal to the proportional valve to control the opening and direction of the proportional valve, so as to control the flow into the cylinder and realize the control of the constant speed test force and constant speed displacement.

2.2 Features:

1)Adopting high-pressure pump with low noise and stable pressure.

2)The integrated design of power system and operation table makes it easy to operate and saves experiment space.

 

Control system:

The fully digital closed-loop measurement and control system has many advanced features and technological innovations, mainly reflected in:

1,Realized the control of test force, sample deformation, piston displacement and test process.

2,The data acquisition system consists of 4 high-precision 24 bit A/D conversion channels.
